I looked at a few apts on my own, then figured I might as well see what a locator could turn up for me. I didn’t know if all that I was looking for existed in one apt community. Turns out: it DOES, and this was even the first apt complex Jess Aluko suggested for me. She provided several options to consider, but I still can’t believe the first suggestion she gave was so on point!
Jess was always available through my application process and interacted with mgmt for me, in some cases. I can’t believe I’m in a community now that was just what I wanted, and it is all thanks to working with Jess! Would recommend working with her to anyone seeking an apt, no question.

This place has FIVE STARS for a reason! They saved me from living in a motel! I had already called and been refused help by FOUR OTHER LOCATING COMPANIES. Two I just called on the phone and the other two I went to in person. NO LUCK. Low credit and a broken lease? Forget it. We can't help you. I've learned that most locators won't waste their time on a person with those kind of strikes. Thank the Lord for Shelly!!! She knew my issues and she was empathetic and wanted me in a decent place that i would be approved at. Not only did she find me a new place with free rent for a month....she followed up and made sure i had been approved and all was good. She just didn't forget me once I got out of the car. She cared and followed up just in case anything fell through the cracks. FIVE STARS FOR A REASON, PEOPLE! Thank you Shelly. I appreciate you!

Shelly Austin was our apartment locator. Very very obvious she is just pushing for that pay check. We did end up moving into the apartment she showed us but our experience with her was just bad. Thank god I didn’t have to pay for her because she didn’t do anything I can’t. She also lied. MULTIPLE times. I guess she just decided to lie when she didn’t have the answers. And when an apartment was out of our price range her response was “Really!? That’s to much??” With crazy attitude and judgement. Definitely do not recommend and she won’t stop texting me. I had to block her.

Promise it’s not too good to be true. Apartment communities rely on us to bring them residents and work our referral fees into their advertising budget. You literally pay the same with us as your apartment expert or without us – no hidden fees, no inflated rents. So why not use an expert?

Do you come with me to my apartment tours?

We pride ourselves on providing a full service apartment locating experience. Touring the apartments is the best part! If you prefer to go on your own or tour virtually, we can make that happen; however, we like to be there to make sure you ask all the right questions and they roll out the red carpet for you.

Do you only show me certain apartments?

Well, I’m glad you asked this! That is another reason we often tour with you. Some apartments request the presence of your agent for the agent to receive credit. In other words, be warned that apartment locators who only send lists and schedule your tours likely aren’t sending you every option. (gasp!)

Do you only find apartments?

We can find apartments, townhomes, condos and even some single family rental homes if they are managed and owned by a single management company. We don’t have access to rentals that are privately managed.
