Olivia Dennis with Live Well Locators is absolutely a 10/10. She is so unbelievably helpful (especially for first time renters). Olivia helped me breakdown everything about moving out allowing me to doing it without any worries! We went over everything prior to even looking at places, again that way I was 100% prepared for the process. She then went and pulled places that fit my budget and non negotiable requirements, we met and went over those locations and went to tour! Going into touring, she is so well equipped with management all while making me feel seen, heard, and understood! We toured our second spot, I loved it and applied. I go approved the same day with a move in the following week, 12 weeks free, AND admin/application fees waved. I could not have asked for a better experience moving out for the first time. Haley is a machine that turns texts/phone calls into results. I reached out to her on the recommendation of a family member to assist with my last minute planning to move to Austin. I told her exactly what I was looking for from price range to amenities to the area I wanted to be in. She sent me a link to review all of the options, noted and addressed my comments and concerns, and provided all kinds of knowledge about the areas, the complexes, and the ins and outs of everything that didn't make sense to a simple layman like me. We were able to nail down a perfect place, under my budget, in the exact area I wanted to be in. I have nothing to complain about and everything to rave about.

Without Haley's help, I would still be stressing out about finding the right apartment right now but I'm writing this review with a signed lease because she made it so easy. I'm just one of hundreds of other reviews confirming how seamless the process is to work with Live Well. No need to think about whether reaching out is worth it. It is.

Google doesn't offer enough stars for this review. To say that Shelly Austin made me me feel like her #1 top priority would be an understatement. I was going through a difficult time and a new beginning in my life and from our first phone call I felt comfortable and confident that Shelly would take care of me. She did just that. When I arrived at her office, she already had the perfect place picked out for me. She joined me at the property and saw me through the entire process until I had my new home. More than anything what stood out about Shelly was her compassion and genuineness. On a busy, rainy Saturday afternoon she remained upbeat and patient. How is your service really FREE to me?

Promise it’s not too good to be true. Apartment communities rely on us to bring them residents and work our referral fees into their advertising budget. You literally pay the same with us as your apartment expert or without us – no hidden fees, no inflated rents. So why not use an expert?

Do you come with me to my apartment tours?

We pride ourselves on providing a full service apartment locating experience. Touring the apartments is the best part! If you prefer to go on your own or tour virtually, we can make that happen; however, we like to be there to make sure you ask all the right questions and they roll out the red carpet for you.

Do you only show me certain apartments?

Well, I’m glad you asked this! That is another reason we often tour with you. Some apartments request the presence of your agent for the agent to receive credit. In other words, be warned that apartment locators who only send lists and schedule your tours likely aren’t sending you every option. (gasp!)

Do you only find apartments?

We can find apartments, townhomes, condos and even some single family rental homes if they are managed and owned by a single management company. We don’t have access to rentals that are privately managed.
